A signature five-course collaborative tasting dinner at AYA, Graton Resort & Casino's rooftop restaurant overlooking sweeping views of Sonoma Mountain. Aarón Sánchez, Charlie Palmer, Bryan and Michael Voltaggio, and Roy Ellamar each personally presented a course in an intimate seated experience. The curated pairing program highlighted top Sonoma County wines alongside the meal.

Two spectacular worlds on the pool deck: live-fire cooking filled the air as chefs perfected flame-kissed proteins and vegetables right before guests’ eyes. Just steps away, a vibrant pop-up Sonoma County village brought local restaurants, wineries, distilleries and breweries together to plate and pour their finest.
